What we collect

When you request sample access or register interest in marking, we save your email, enquiry type, your adult-registration confirmation through the form, marketing preference, consent wording version and submission time. A hashed network identifier is used to limit abuse. A random sample-access cookie lasts up to 30 days.

Support enquiries

When you use the contact form, your name if supplied, reply email, chosen topic and message are sent through Brevo to Creed Academic support. The form requires confirmation that you are a parent, guardian or adult. A hashed network identifier limits repeated submissions. Sending a support enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Student profiles and progress

Signed-in accounts store a student nickname, year level, preparation goal, test responses and timing. Your account can view its own records. Teacher marking and Scholar subscriptions are not currently available. Parent insights on Advanced are calculated from practice answers and are not diagnoses or predictions of admission.

How we use it

To unlock the sample, record marking enquiries and, only if you opt in, send future preparation tips and membership updates. Account emails, including verification, login links and password resets, are sent through Brevo. Marketing campaigns are not currently enabled. Your details are not displayed publicly or sold.

Storage and control

Enquiries are stored in the website’s hosted database using Supabase infrastructure. Guest practice answers stay in your browser. Signed-in profiles and test attempts save to the account and can be accessed across devices. Sample access may also use a random browser-stored token valid for up to 30 days; it does not grant access to student records. Payment information is entered only on Stripe’s secure checkout for membership payments. A random, secure returning-member cookie lasts up to 30 days and only shows a login reminder; it cannot unlock an account. Complimentary-month eligibility records store a hashed email, account reference and Stripe checkout reference to prevent repeat claims.

Remove your details or withdraw marketing consent

Email creedacademicadmin@gmail.com or use our contact form to request deletion or a change to your preferences. Include the email address used for your Creed Academic account or sample registration and describe the request. Do not send a password. Do not use the website to submit sensitive information about a child.
